An entitled mother is inconvenienced by my cancer diagnosis.

She is pissed that I can babysit her kid because I have cancer now and cancer is not

a good enough excuse.

They always pay me on time and I adore the little boy that I'm taking care of so we

never really had any problems until now.

I recently found out that I have ovarian cancer and I need to have one of my ovaries removed.

My conversation telling the entitled mom about my surgery went something like this.

Did I not tell you about our family reunion?

I responded saying you did but unfortunately I won't be able to come because I'll just

have had surgery.

Well you need to reschedule then.

I'm not gonna do that.

We've had this plan for months.

You need to be there to help.

I'm sorry but I won't be able to be there.

Are you kidding?

No.

I'm not sure how much I trust leaving my child with you if you don't care enough to be

there for our family when we meet you.
