0:00.0	and entitled Karen demands that I follow her home and hand deliver a tree that she had just bought at our garden nursery.
0:06.2	But despite me telling her that I can't follow her home to deliver something personally,
0:10.4	she refuses to take no for an answer and even escalates this in a way that I honestly
0:14.9	never saw coming.
0:16.2	And I am now completely blown away by her entitlement and I honestly hope she never comes back
0:20.8	to our nursery ever again.
0:22.6	Here's what happened.
0:23.6	So I want to start off by saying that this happened a few days ago
0:26.4	and I still can't believe it.
0:27.9	I'm a 25 year old male and I work at a garden nursery.
0:30.9	It's a decent size with a shop in the middle and outdoor plants on benches and racks around it,
0:36.1	while also having a car park, which is where our entitled Karen and her brother come into play.
0:40.8	They drove into our nursery as the owner was walking along it. They beeped at him and started yelling at him,
0:46.0	claiming that he had sold them a dead tree to try and plant to make it sprout. And honestly, when I heard that, I was totally confused.
0:52.7	And this really was not a good start to my day.
0:54.8	They park and walk around for a bit.
0:56.7	The brother asked me all sorts of questions,
0:59.0	and is wanting discounts on plants,
1:00.9	and starts to basically interrogate me about my life and what I'm doing for work,
1:05.2	which I just start giving yes or no answers without actually telling the truth.
1:08.9	Eventually I finally get rid of him and I start walking through checking that no plants need water.
1:14.1	The entitled Karen then spots me and starts to yell at me from about 80 meters away.
