Hi guys I'm Emma and I'm Julie and welcome back to another episode of our

Kardashian bonus show hey Joel hi am okay so we're at season 8 episode 16, and in our last recap we did 12 through 15 and we were saying

the biggest takeaway in going into episode 16 is just the sharp contrast between the way Chloe has been presenting everything with her

and Lamar up until this point and then now. And so I just want to reiterate like this is really the

episode where ever so slightly the curtain starts to be

pulled back. Well it's not even ever so slightly that's what it is about it is that

it really is such a harsh turn from the episode before and I feel like one of the things that I was most aware of in this episode was it's not just about the way that Chloe's been presenting Lamar

to us as the viewer. We've also seen Lamar up to this point. I mean just to

remind everybody the episode we left off at prior to this one is Kim's baby shower.

And Lamar comes with Scott and it's not even a question that he's going to be there.

And all of a sudden in this episode, it goes from that to him now being so unbelievably unreliable that

Chloe's not even sure if he's gonna come to Kylie's sweet 16.

No, I know the reason that I was saying ever so slightly is because you can certainly tell something's up, but she's not revealing forget about to us, even to anyone of her family members, what's going on?

They're starting to understand something's off,

but the only thing she's letting on

is that Lamar is kind of going through it.

And that's really the full extent of it,

I would say at this point, no?

Yeah, I mean, it's like I wouldn't say we go from zero to a hundred, but I would say we go from zero to like 50, 60.

All of a sudden in this episode we went from... to like 50, 60.

All of a sudden in this episode we went from Chloe and Lamar

on camera together to a very defeated Chloe.
