| 2:03.2 | and so I'm managing it by really going back to what I did in early recovery, using a lot of |
| 2:12.0 | those same tools of taking it day by day, sometimes moment by moment, one step at a time, using my coping skills |
| 2:20.3 | when I get anxious about, you know, trying to homeschool them, of deep breathing, calling people |
| 2:26.2 | that I am a part of a 12-step program, so calling people in my program that understand my thinking. |
| 2:38.8 | And it's just really reminded me of that time. And I'm grateful that I have those skills today because that's been really helpful for this time. |
