1:14.8	the opening I'm so curious about. There's a lot and right now like as we're talking,
1:21.9	we just got a 51 page document from the January 6th Committee, the J6 Committee,
1:28.0	about Mark Meadows and all the shit that he's supposed to testify about in refuse.
1:32.9	And then of course, probably about 10 pages of a description of all the things they tried to do to
1:40.2	give him a chance, like chance opportunities. And that spells out, as I've said, this incredible
1:50.0	due diligence for when the Department of Justice gets this criminal referral, they'll look at it
1:53.7	and say, well, we can't say that they didn't take make every single effort, good faith effort to
1:59.4	get Meadows to come in and testify to give him every single chance because that they could lose
2:04.5	that on appeal. If you don't try very hard to get somebody's testimony, it's hard to indict them
2:10.8	because in order to indict somebody per the federal criminal procedure, rules of procedure,
2:16.6	you have to be able to not just obtain a conviction but maintain one on appeal.
2:20.6	And if you didn't try real hard, you know, to give him every chance to comply,
