Anyone that doesn't have context, all right? My brother Nico here, that's something absolutely incredible. And by incredible, I mean, he's had the chance to work with one of the greatest creative geniuses that we've probably seen in our lifetime, at least that I've seen in my lifetime. We're going to go through backstories. We're going to go through so much. So Nico, I'm going to let you introduce yourself. And I just want you to kind of tell the audience, like, what your life was like maybe over the past like eight years being with Kanye West, bro, or should I refer to him as yay, you know, and like creatively following him and looking at his footsteps and the whole documentary

process. We're going to go through so much. So how was that process like, bro, going through this?

Yeah. Well, thank you for having me. Of course. A blessing to be here in Montreal. Yes, sir.

And, you know, I feel so welcome in this studio as well. What you've created here is really phenomenal and from the heart.

So it's great to be here. How do you like it? How do you like the home setup, by the way? Find it chill?

I think, you know, it's really coming from the right heart posture. And I think, you know,

sometimes things get so commercialized and so stale in that regard. So this feels so homie and it feels really genuine.

Were you expecting to pull up into like a middle of nowhere in Montreal to like a home

studio like this? Or were you expecting something completely different? Completely different.

Awesome. I like that. It was about 45 minutes from the hotel. So, you know, I was very fascinated by the fact that it was just within such a homestead as this.

It is. So we're in the suburbs of Montreal. We grow up the podcast here, but you guys already know that.

You know, we've spoken to our audience about it. But, you know, Nico, you've done something incredible. You had the chance to release a wonderful documentary in 2025 called in whose name. You had the chance to follow Kanye West for how many amount of years, by the way? I think it was three to four that I saw correctly. Like, what was the number? I started in January 2018. And when I went to edit the picture, it was at the end of 2022 but i still kind of met up with

them a few times after that and captured some some more footage so you know we really truly

stopped all filming like if you were to look in my master iPhone camera or if you were to combine

it all i would say the end end truly was kind of like right before

Vultures came out, like 2024. Okay, so that's when you really stopped all the footage. And what was

that process? Like, starting in 2018, like, obviously knowing the context, like, did you have any

previous work done before you had even met Kanye? Was this sort of like a shot in the dark for you where you had gotten in with Kanye?

He took a chance with you and then after that you got to stay with him for a long period of time.

So how did that kind of work out?

Yeah, I was in a performing arts high school prior to that and my conservatory program was film and TV and uh you know after standard
