As the back end of a spring rainstorm trickles down upon us on what looks like is going to be a very warm.

April day, your humble host is playing, well, hurt today, not injured.

You know how ballplayers and athletes and whatever, they'll wear something on their wrist

or around their knee or their ankle or whatever, and they let you know that, hey, I got this

injury and I'm dealing with it today?

Well, I'm going to power through this one. I hope to give you a complete grade A performance,

but I woke up with a little bit of a headache today.

I'm not sure why.

This is, I don't know, every couple of months it's been happening.

I actually think it's because I sleep too hard or get too much sleep.

Is that possible?

Went to bit very early last night. And sometimes I think I get into positions when I sleep, if I sleep really hard,

where my neck is twisted or something.

And I don't know, I wake up a little headache.

Usually goes away within an hour or two after I get up, not a big deal.

I don't think it's a caffeine thing.

I used to get caffeine withdrawals.

I would have, when I drank Diet Coke a lot, I would drink a lot of Diet Coke.

And then when I stopped drinking Diet Coke for a day or two or couldn't get it, I'd get headaches of some sort of like a caffeine withdrawal.

I don't drink enough caffeine now for anything like that.
