Digest and, of course, Ryan Tracy from RGR Football. Let's just dive right in. We talked a lot

about offense on the daily show. So here is Chiefs overtime. And we're going to talk a little

bit about the defense.

And there are defensive additions that they added. Ryan, I'll defer to you on this one since I know how much you love defense. I can't get enough. Can't get enough. It could be very different and very, very explosive. My question, Matt, is there is enough. There's some interesting signings in UDFA. obviously Peter Woods is going to be Peter Woods.

But I was surprising. I would say so much is shocked. Zach Pickens was let go, waved, already picked up by the Giants.

I thought this was a guy that showed enough last year to try to make a move to be that practice squad elevation or something along those lines.

What does his departure tell you about what

you saw at the rookie minicamp as well as Omo and Norman Lott and what they're expecting to see in

camp? Yeah, that's a really good question because, you know, I think on the one hand, you know,

hey, all across the defensive line, I mean, the chiefs are trying to get better than they were a year ago, a lot better than they were a year ago.

So I think in one respect, the way that they looked at Zach Pickens was, hey, this guy had an opportunity to kind of really claim a spot for himself.

And I think that they felt like maybe he was kind of replacement level.

career thus far, I think they're just looking, they were looking for more and kind of a different
