Summary

The Kansas City Chiefs got confirmation of their worst fears on Monday as it was announced Patrick Mahomes does have a torn ACL. This news caps a disaster season for the Chiefs, but it also puts a lot of doubt into 2026. However, the Chiefs are still more likely to bounce back for a Super Bowl in 2026 as they have some folks you can trust while the Green Bay Packers, who lost Micah Parsons to an ACL as well, still do not. In more injury news, the Los Angeles Rams will be without Davante Adams for a few weeks it seems and while he should be back for the playoffs, this absolutely hurts the Rams chances of holding on to the top seed in the NFC with the Seattle Seahawks on deck. The Chicago Bears are also dealing with a receiver injury as Rome Odunze is still up in the air with a foot injury. Finally, quarterback news as the Indianapolis Colts will stick with Philip Rivers, even if their season is pretty much dead while the Washington Commanders did the right thing and sat Jayden Daniels for the season.
