She's the co-host on MTV's Catfish. She's a former Miss Teen USA.

She has a podcast host and she's really exciting news to share with us,

which I am so proud of her.

And it really leads to what I wanted to talk about in this episode, which was confidence.

She is like the queen of being competent.

And I just was like, how can we get some of this confidence in our lives?

Because she does so much of this from living her life online on TV shows

and then in the magazine very, very soon.

So I wanted to hear from her.

And then also she talks a lot about like Destiny and how she was called to do certain things in her life

and how she just went for it.

And I love hearing that because it was something that I just felt in my own self too.
