So Joel, huge day for Eric Adams.

He was indicted last night.

The indictment was unsealed this morning. He gave a press conference. He was heckled. And so give us your first before we get into the details. Give us your initial reaction to these reports? Well, I think he's in trouble because it does look like there was at least some kind

of crime committed if the facts are as alleged. I think as with most

indictments there's a little bit of overkill because often the prosecution knows

this is the best shot it's going to have to influence public

opinion and so it throws everything into the indictment and makes everything
