1:03.6	that we are used to. Some countries, when that system comes to them, they may be more, much more familiar with that type of
1:13.4	governance because it is a very centralized form of government. It is a form of government in which
1:19.4	the government does not dispense power and autonomy to independent counties and states. everything will be managed from a core.
1:30.1	And that core is the seat of the beast.
1:33.3	So democratic countries that are used to involving the people in procedures like voting,
1:39.5	involving the people in procedures like memorandums, involving the people in procedures like surveys
1:46.0	and things like that, to keep a pulse on the population and to keep them integrated into the whole,
1:52.2	they're not used to that kind of thing.
1:53.9	And America is not only not used to that kind of thing.
1:57.3	She is extremely vocal.
1:58.9	She is extremely opposed to that kind of thing. America has
