streak of declines. The National Association of Realtors says sales of

previously owned homes rose 1.3% from the month before to a seasonally

adjusted annual rate of 3.95 million. That's the lowest level for any July since 2010. Home sales got a modest

boost thanks to mortgage rates falling in recent weeks, but the volume of existing home sales has

been stuck at low levels all year, and the spring selling
