The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (09/20/2024): 3:05pm- On Friday, acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe held a press conference providing updates on the investigation into the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13th. While speaking with the press, Rowe vowed to hold staff “accountable.” 3:30pm- Despite claiming that those responsible for the security failure at Donald Trump’s Butler, PA rally will be held accountable, acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe said he has “not asked for anyone to retire.” Will anyone ultimately be fired or lose their job as result of the security failure leading to the assassination attempt? 3:50pm- Rich interrupts his own show. Plus producer for The Dom Giordano Show, Henry Mashett, stops by to say hello momentarily—before Rich shoos him away. 4:05pm- On Thursday night, Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris participated in a town hall event hosted by Oprah Winfrey in Michigan. At one point, Harris was asked: “What’s your plan to lower the cost of living?” Though the question was simple enough, Harris was bizarrely unable to answer it directly. 4:20pm- While speaking with Oprah Winfrey, Kamala Harris joked that she is a gun owner and if anyone breaks into her house, she will shoot them! Rich notes that Harris has, in the past, advocated for mandatory gun buy backs—and for allowing government officials to enter the home of law-abiding gun owners to ensure the guns are being stored properly. Despite clearly being a pre-scripted line, Matt argues that it’s the first time she has been even remotely funny since becoming her party’s presidential nominee. 4:30pm- Dr. Victoria Coates—Former Deputy National Security Advisor & the Vice President of the Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Israel’s targeted strikes on Hezbollah fighters using explosives strategically placed in pagers and hand-held radios.
