Vice President Harris is now in an interesting position because as we reported yesterday,

there is no chance, zero, that Joe Biden runs for President in 24.

It's not going to be nominated by his party.

He's not going to go into the process.

He'll be lucky if he makes the next two and a half years.

And I don't think he will.

I put the odds at 40% he'll resign for health reasons, but personally, I don't think

he's going to make it.

He's going to be more bad news coming out about Hunter Biden, his son, and the country

is almost at rock bottom now as far as confidence in the executive branch.

He has no constituency anymore.

But the Harris situation is interesting and that she is the subject of this evening's

talking points memo.
