It's been just five days since Kamala Harris launched her campaign for president, but the enthusiasm and the momentum already seemed to be at her back.

A new national poll by the New York Times and Siena College finds that the race is neck and neck with 48% of

likely voters supporting Donald Trump compared to 47% supporting Vice President Harris.
