Philadelphia police and a devastated family are asking for your help in locating 23-year-old

Kata Scott, a young woman who vanished after leaving her overnight job at an assisted living facility.

Scott was last seen on Saturday night, leaving the terrace at Chestnut Hill

on East Abington Avenue. She had just started working there pursuing her dreams. A Penn State

grad, described as a creative and artistic spirit, Kada was wearing black scrubs when she arrived

at her 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. shift. But shortly after arriving,

she disappeared without a trace. Her cell phone has gone dead. Her social media accounts are silent,

and her car still parked outside the facility. And troubling, there is no surveillance cameras

on site. Captain John Craig, a detective

with the Northwest Police Department, says the circumstances are deeply concerning. He said,

you have a 23-year-old young lady who has completely disappeared. No cell phone activity, no social

media, no contact with family or friends. Her mother Kim

Matthews is gripped by fear. I love her. I just need her to come home and be safe.

That's what I fear that she's not safe. Adding to the urgency, police say Kada had reported being harassed

by an unknown individual via phone in the days leading up to her

disappearance. She didn't name anyone, but detectives are actively investigating. Captain Craig

said there are 100 pieces to the puzzle.
