Most of us are in survival mode.

stress levels and because of that gap, there's lack of life, lack of quantity and quality of life.

Longerity isn't as much about diet and exercise or genetics, though of course in some

level it is, as removing yourself from that gap, body to soul, of having no idea who you

truly are, and therefore living the wrong life.
