You trying to be a street cop? H. All right, guys, welcome to this episode of the Street Cop Podcast with

Zach Miller. As usual, we have some questions this week that we're gonna

explore and discuss some case law. I haven't done much preparation. I don't

exact as much either, but we have general knowledge. You haven't done much

preparation, right? We couldn't, I mean listen, we're really going into the depth of there isn't many conversations that really need a lot of in-depth research.

So we're talking about the kind of situations and circumstances that are being

volleyed our way. It's just a maybe just a continued and again I'm going to just

parlay it off onto you. It's a continued study of the craft. Even when I'm doing research on out-of-state cases and case law,

you know, to see if it varies in the Supreme Court of the United States and Fourth Amendment.

And some states a little bit does here and there.

But you know, overall we're still citing US Supreme Court case law, so I'm still always reading and

actually understanding more about it, seeing things I've never seen before. I'm like, oh, that's

interesting. And then I'll dig into that case and read that and I'm like, okay, now I'll kind of do a little research to make sure that still has been overruled or overturned and, you know, and that's where I'll have my answers.
