Tuesday morning.

Tuesday morning, made it until, I know you can't identify with this but a personal note of pride here made

it until last night before we finally I the house I live in was built in the 50s so we have

no I don't live like UCP don't have Central Air we go we go with the window units up here in the northeast.

Made it until yesterday, last night before all the window units had to be installed.

So finally got it done. Where are you right now, the way? I have a conference room at a hotel

in Arlington, Texas in the shadows of Globe Life Field. I brought the family down

for a couple of days just to, I try to take the kids to see the Mets in a road game every year, just experience a new stadium.

So we decided this year we would make it globe life and we'd come down and we'd do you know the water park one day the theme park one day

Baseball game at night. We might go see a

MLS game tomorrow night. We're trying to figure it out. We're on the fly, but it was a wonderful experience at the

ballpark last I got to watch the Mets just beat the reigning world's champions brains in. And then I always buy seats where right by like the Mets
