Uncuffed. Guess what? We're back. Episode three is about to begin, about to take place,

and we're going to do it really, really fierce. We got a good, good show today, and we're about

to get it started in the way that you guys out there would expect.

Let's get it going.

First off, I wanted to give a shout out to my youngest daughter, Miss London, who is down in San

Diego, competing a little booty off down the Nationals dance competition.

That girl works her butt off.

Great trainers, great teachers.

And, you know, she gives it up, and she has a good support group around her.

And I hope she's having fun down there.

Dad has to stay up there in the Northern Cal, hold the fort down.

And, you know, but she is missed, and I wish her the best luck.

I also want to give a major shout out to my oldest daughter, Miss Mersias, who just started her a job just yesterday.

This would be her second job that she's gone out on her own and she applied for,

did an interview for, and she ended up getting, working for a fitness club down there.

It's really good. Both girls are highly motivated, you know, and I'm very,

very proud of them. And, you know, that's what it's about, our younger generation. That's what

made me want to have my own, like, little podcast because if I can share some stories to the
