you know, the joining of two forces, you know, but health and humanity is spot on.

But one of the one of the main reasons why K Shed Uncuk was created,

was to kind of take advantage of the platform to be able to reach out to certain people,

it's important to be able to tap into that. And so with me being a former police officer,

it gives me more dimensions than probably a normal person

because I was inside the establishment of the police department.

And imagine, you know, a police officer who's black.

So I've experienced a lot of different things. So one of the main reasons why I wanted to revisit mental health is kind of like a situation where how I retired from being a police officer wasn't mutual.

It was kind of like a forced situation.

I wasn't prepared to be done, but it was it was made that way.
