Guys, I got some good news.

My arm is out of the sling.

Ah, yeah, Jeremiah. Oh my God, that's such amazing news. Wow! Yep and guess what? Fully recovered for the most part

except they told me that it's going to take three more months for me to get back the strength in my arm.

So I'm doing some strength training right now, trying to figure that out, but that guys, that's good.

I don't have to walk around with a

sling anymore so you know that was some great news that happened during

earlier in the week Brooks and I talked a little bit about me having a broken arm,

you know, during the podcast.

While it was still up in the air, didn't know what was going on,

so that's a good update on the arm.

Hopefully you did something nice for somebody. Maybe you did a kindness challenge. Or maybe

just, you know, just did a normal routine. Maybe you're just nice every day. I had somebody write me a letter that they were like I don't do the

kind of challenge because I'm nice every day and I'm like okay there you go.

You're getting it. You know, not much I can say to that. There's going to be a very short intro guys. I'm recording this in advance because I'm in New York City right now. I'm traveling while this being uploaded. So Brooks Wheeling, very excited to get him on the show today.
