welcome back to Jeremiah Wonders everybody. Hope you're feeling those good vibrations

on Jeremiah Wonders radio today. Hope you guys had a good week. I had a splendid week. I did something

this week that made me just feel really, really good. I went skating, skateboarding with, not roller skating, but I went skateboarding,

that sounds so like, I went skateboarding this weekend, but yeah, no, over the week on last week on on Monday

Just earlier in the week I went skating with my buddy David Deery and I haven't

been out in a long time and it was just so much freaking fun. He's a great

skater. Skated way longer than me and is way more skilled

skater than I am. So he was kind of coaching me through some stuff and I had some freaking breakthroughs. I've never dropped in before which if you know

anything about skateboarding it's not really that big of a deal but it's kind of

scary if you don't skate very much I always just did like simple like you know

flat stuff you know I do like some some rail stuff like board slides and maybe 50

50 50 50s if it was a really good day or something like that but but nothing too crazy.

But I've always enjoyed skating.

I just got into it like late in life, like in high school,

in which if you get into something that late that's like a sport,

it's pretty hard, the learning curve is pretty difficult. If you get into something that late that's like a sport,

But I went with my buddy, David Deery, to Encino

at the skate park and

through him like pushing me and like kind of coaching me like you can do it like like this is all in your head. It's a mental obstacle you can push through it. I dropped in and I rocked to Fakey, which is like, there's two things that I've been wanting to do for years and I put like this mental block myself. I kept thinking that I was going to like get hurt or something like really bad it's going to happen but he encouraged me and it was just one of those things where it felt like a mental breakthrough.
