Hey, Wunderfels. I am releasing this as a sort of separate announcement because I didn't want to include it in my intro for Annabel's episode because that just seemed like kind of a bummer and I wanted to have her

episode be totally independent of this and not have anybody you know start

listening to an episode with Annabel who is a a delight and be kind of thinking about this.

So this is sort of my separate way of mentioning it and of letting everybody know take a minute if you if you don't feel like

jumping right into a podcast episode this sort of lives separately from that and

you can come back and enjoy the episode with Annabelle at your

leisure but I did want to just acknowledge of course I had a repeat of Gillian

Jacobs episode two weeks ago and then last week there was no

episode at all and I don't think we even had a chance to give an explanation.

The reason is that my... I lost my mom not this last Monday but the Monday prior to that and it's been

really hard and those of you who have lost a parent or a family member who was close to you know exactly

I'm sure what I'm going through but it's it's it's complicated and I would like to maybe do something in the future on the

podcast I don't talk about my mom that often at least you know what her story is and who she was

because I she's sort of a private person but there were a lot of special things

about her that it would be really nice to acknowledge and memorialize in some way so perhaps

I'll do something in an upcoming episode where I talk a bit more about who she was.

Anyway I hope everyone is doing okay and I mean this is such a cliche but feel free to tell people you love that you love them.

And I'm so grateful to all of you for supporting the podcast and for being the wonderful compassionate people you are.
