Joining us on this occasion is Justino Carnero, who's an academic researcher at the Institute of Philosophy of the University of Porto, Portugal.

He was formerly an assistant professor of biopolitics in the master's degree of history,

international relations, and cooperation at the University of Porto, and is currently finishing his PhD on political theology as a metaphysical system.

Hello. Thank you for having me. It's a honor and a big pleasure to be here.

Well, thanks for coming on. You know, we, I guess we first learn about each other through Yuri Rochka's Chisinau Forum,

where we both participated virtually, and I very much enjoy your analysis where you're coming from.

And I guess before getting your answers to the big questions of the day, anything you'd like to add about yourself, the work that you're doing?

Well, yeah, well, about the Kishinawa Forum, yeah, it's a wonderful event, yearly event,

which gathers many, can I say, many important, very important researchers, I would say,

in the fields of geopolitics and also what I like to call conspiracyology, which is really,

in my view, a science and not something speculative.

Well, about myself, my background is in philosophy.

It's political philosophy, but also I'm an Orthodox Christian.

And maybe I would say that my favorite topic or subject is really theology. That's what I really like. But so even in my PhD, I'm trying to reconcile somewhat those two fields precisely in the area

or discipline of political theology.

And I based my work on the work of Karl Schmidt in that regard, but I don't follow him

and everything, but he's a main reference from myself and from my work.

And in the way that I can combine politics and theology also.

No, actually for me, you know, that's one of the reasons I asked you to come on.

That's also one of my, that's sort of my main focus as well.
