Wednesday was quite a day for the Chicago Bears in multiple different ways and one thing

that made significant waves throughout the entire NFL in part because there was a tweet

that may be overstated the situation a little bit but let's just hear it for ourselves

Christopher Justin Fields normal Wednesday midweek press conference he was asked this question

as it relates to the Bears lost to the Buccaneers on Sunday and Justin Fields not playing

very well in that game what didn't you like about your performance from week two here's

his answer.

I didn't like I felt like you know I wasn't necessarily playing my game I felt like

I was kind of robotic and you know not just not not playing like myself so I don't you

know I might go this week is just to you know say effort and just go out there and play football

how I know how to play football I mean just going back to it's a game

I mean and that's it because that's when you know I play my best is I don't just out

there playing free you know I being myself so I'm going to say kind of just bump all

the you know you know what I should do what I just in that like pocket stuff like I'm

going to go out there and be me.

What do you think was causing you to think so much maybe you think much you know could

be you know coaching I think but you know at the end of the day it makes it you know

they're doing their job when they're giving me you know what to look at stuff like that

but at the end of the day I can't be thinking about that when the game comes I prepare myself

throughout the week and then when the game comes it's you know it's it's time to play

free at that point so you know just thinking less and you know playing more.
