all three of us at practice today, practice number two in the book. Still no pads, just helmets,

but got to see a lot more team stuff today, guys. And as our headline on the pod today suggests,

some mixed results from the offense and I'll plenty to break down for you. But as we're going to

start every episode, guys, I'll kick it off to you. Well, best of worst that you saw today.

Yeah, absolutely. So the best thing that I saw today was just the overall vibe of practice that

intensity, that effort and coach deeper flows coaching this team hard. Nick and I were over by the

defense DBs doing some drills and he kept telling them, you know, run finish, run full speed,

full speed again. Oh, you're not doing it. Try again. You can't fake this guys. Keep running. And

it was just awesome to see. I've never seen that from a Bears practice, like forcing these guys,

holding them accountable. If they're not going to the level of standard that they're going to

kind of set, they're going to make sure to do those reps again. So that was really neat for me. So

that was the best thing overall. And then the worst thing that we saw today was too many drop

passes. Like you said, Adam mixed bag for the offense today. I'll let you guys talk about,

you know, fields and what he did. I'm sure that's coming up. But overall, there's too many times

where receivers had chances to make plays. The ball hit them right there in the bread basket.

But it's still ended up going into the turf or essentially an interception too. So that's

going to be the worst thing that I saw today. Yeah. And for me, if the the best thing I saw today,

and I know Adam, we were kind of thinking along same lines here. But Justin Fields passed the

Cole Commettos down on a nice seam route in between two defenders. Justin put the ball exactly where
