the work.

That the work should be the guide of everything that you do.

One of the best pieces of advice that ever got was to always focus on purpose over position.

And what that has always meant to me is that you do the work and the rest will follow.

So focus on your purpose, focus on your passion, do the work and all the other stuff follows.

I have run into so many people who are chasing everything but the work.

And it never has the results to decide results that you want in the long run anyway.

Chase the work.

Purpose over position.
