Today we talk with Nicole Chavez of Robbed. Nicole's son Jaden Chavez Silver was brutally murdered in the summer of 2015. While this case was horrible, it did lead Nicole down a journey

to helping other victims and advocating for victims' rights. She also spends a lot of time advocating and lobbying in the state legislature for tougher crime

laws.

Nicole is an inspiring person to me because she's really taken that grief of her loss and

turned it into something relatively positive, or as positive as it can be.
