CNN Senior Justice Correspondent Evan Pérez tells Anderson Cooper who investigators subpoenaed and what they are hoping to learn. Plus, House Republican leaders are in opposition to the bipartisan gun safety bill and are urging their members to vote against the agreement, as the Senate moves toward passage of the measure this week.
