0:01.0	We begin tonight with a new report about the Department of Justice and new information
0:04.9	about its investigation into the fake electors plot, part of what the January 6th Committee
0:08.9	has called a multi-pronged effort by the former president and has allies to illegally overturn
0:13.4	the results of the 2020 election.
0:15.3	Specifically, subpoenas issued to people in multiple states who appear to have been involved
0:19.8	in the plot.
0:20.8	That includes the Georgia Republican Party chairman who has said to have played a central
0:24.5	role in organizing the slate of fake electors from his state and coordinated the effort with
0:29.3	the former president's campaign.
0:30.3	Well, more than that in just a moment.
0:32.5	The revelation comes the same day that the January 6th Committee said it made delay
0:36.6	further hearings after the one schedule tomorrow.
0:39.1	The reason, according to one of its members, Congressman Jamie Raskin, a day loose of new
0:43.6	evidence in his works.
0:44.6	Now, he didn't elaborate, saying only that the new information goes beyond what we learned
0:49.5	yesterday, the existence of a documentary crew's interviews with the former president and
0:54.1	his family recorded before and after January 6th.
0:57.2	Those recordings have now been turned over to the committee.
0:59.8	The report of federal subpoenas also comes a day after we learned two vital pieces of
