Today, we get to know GERD and know that's not the name of my great aunt.

It's short for gastroesophageal reflux disease or reflux for short.

In our first story, we look at which foods we should eat to prevent and treat acid reflux

can turn into cancer, adenocarcinoma.

To prevent all that, we just need to prevent the acid reflux in the first place.
