Vic Mattis, who's back in Washington, holding down the fort at the free beacon. There's a lot going on.

It is currently day three of the DNC, so we will have a VP Walls speech tonight. But we are coming off the nostalgic night of Obama love last night.

And so we'll talk about that.

But, oh, and by the way, weirdly Kamala and Tim Walls were in Milwaukee last night,

counter-programming their own convention, which was an interesting choice. So we'll

get into that. But before all that, let's just check in. How's it going, Vic? Hello, Mary

Catherine. Very nice to see you. You look very stunning, getting ready for your whole day is like

prime time, isn't it? When you walk out. Just a lot of TV, just a lot of TV. Although I did ride

across town today in my undercover look because, you know, if you get caught in a crowd, you want to have

your big janky jeans and vintage t-shirt on instead of your, instead of your TV clothes. So it would be.

Well, yeah, I mean, and I think you want to avoid all the paparazzi.

Well, you are part of the paparazzi.

But, you know, the fans, I mean, you want to avoid the super fans in Chicago.

I am doing fine on the mend with my gout.
