are in jail but also just in prison awaiting trial like they're not even convicted or guilty but they're already in prison and I'm like oh man this is this is a crazy amount of people

and when I think about that and take it over to the death penalty, and it's like, oh man, if there's so many people in prison right now, because they can't make bail, because they can't afford blah, this and that, how many people are on death row who should not be on death row and how many people have been

Murdered when they were actually innocent and I'm like this
