and the lady was talking about being on the news with bad publicity. She said, I had something go wrong with a contract I had with the local government,

and they put me on the news twice in the same fucking month.

She said, but you know what?

I thought I was going to get a barrage of emails hating me.

I thought I was going to get a barrage of people on social media bashing me.

And she goes, I got one, one fucking email from somebody who wasn't a customer and that didn't

work for the government contract that we had. I got one email. One person gave a damn.

You see, we oftentimes think when someone's upset with us or we get some bad publicity

that it's going to be so horrible and a career ending and like our life will never be the

same, but chances are most people don't give a fuck. They've got their own problems to deal with.

They've got their own haters in life. They've got their own reporters in life.
