| 1:22.8 | wrong. But I think the general feeling now is that there is quite a good case, or certainly among a lot of Democrats, it seems, there's quite a good case for having a postal election. |

| 1:36.5 | I mean, essentially the way that it works in the U.S. is that states manage their own elections. |
| 1:40.5 | And so it would be very tough for the federal government to come in and impose a |
| 1:46.1 | sweeping rule that all, you know, elections have to be done, vote by mail. So each state would |
| 1:51.7 | have to make those decisions individually. Right now, lots of people can vote by mail in most states. |
