Another thing I wanted to talk about is like, how do you know what you're looking for in relationship? Like you could say, I want a partner. I want someone who's handsome. I want someone who loves me. I want someone who cares about me. I want this. I want that. Then you could find it, but like it's just not quite it. Like maybe the chemistry is just not quite there. Maybe the sex is great, but maybe you don't want to have sex that much.

Maybe you're in a weird place. Like, how do you know when to be logical and chemical? Like, how do you

know when to, like, listen, I'm intervening. This is an amazing person. And I'm going to like make

this happen because life is too short and you want a good partner who cares about you.

Like, how do you know when to do that? Because the person that you are attracted to and have

chemistry with will often not be the person that's good for you. So when do you intervene?

Because then it's like, I'm going to be alone or I'm going to be with this person who's like

almost there, but I'm being sensible and logical. Like, how do you do that? like I'm going to be alone or I'm going to be with this person who's like almost there

but I'm being sensible and logical. Like how do you do that? Because ultimately it's not about like when you're 78, you're not going to think about who you want to have sex with. You're going to think about who's there for you when you don't feel well and you want to take a walk in the park and who's loyal. You're not going to care how big a baller they are on Wall Street, you know what I mean? Like, or a million things, how much they like to go out and party. Like, what are you going to think about? And how do you make that decision of when, like, you're going pros and cons and just going with the list versus, like, what your heart wants or what your chemistry wants or, you know, when are you using your heart

and your mind and your gut? And when are you convincing yourself? When are you, is that settling?

Or is it not settling as you get older? As you get older, are you more willing to settle because you

want different things and you realize that like it's the wisdom of the staircase? It's like the

chemistry is not going to be the whole thing. Like what is it? Or that you get older and it's like, wait a second, someone has kids. You want someone with kids or doesn't have kids. You want someone who doesn't have kids or someone who can absorb into your life or someone who's just a good person or someone who fits in with your family or someone who culturally aligns.

Like there are some couples that I see that seem like they align as much as like want to

have sex with and are obsessed with all the time because it's the way they were raised

how they choose a partner.

Like Justin Bieber and Haley, like it seems like they knew each other from church and their families, so it was

aligned well. No relationship is perfect. They're both in the public eye. They understand each other.

It seems like they are aligned. And I feel like that's a lot of what's going on with the core

where people are connecting because of alignment. I would give another example of a celebrity like Messi, who I was reading that he and his
