Slow Burn Media and Evergreen Podcast presents Who Killed, a podcast that provides a voice for the voiceless.

Without Jose, now to some new developments from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, about seven bodies found inside that home near Henrietta.

It's about 90 miles west of Fort Smith. And tonight, investigators say it's being considered a murder, suicide.

These are photos of some of the six victims. They ranged in age from 13 to 35.

It's believed that 39-year-old Jesse McFadden shot and killed them before turning the gun

on himself.

Authorities haven't released his motive, but grieving relatives have spoken publicly about

McFadden's domineering nature, adding that they only recently learned of his criminal history

as a convicted sex offender.

McFadden was also slated to stand trial on new charges just this week.

It's led to a lot of questions about why he wasn't being held without bond.

We'll learn more and we hear more about the situation from prosecutors in Oklahoma coming up tonight on your 5 News at 10.
