We begin this hour in Texas. It's been day two of testimony. It resumed today in the trial of a former Uvaldi Texas school police officer. He's accused of not doing more to save lives in the 22 massacre that left so many dead, 19 students and two teachers. Now the testimony that came out in court today, it actually was after a screeching halt on Tuesday. A former teacher was on the stand and she testified

that the defendant, Adrian Gonzalez, was near the gunman, that she saw the gunman in the area

near him, information that the defense said was not previously shared by prosecutors as required.

Now the judge ultimately denied the defense's motion for a mistrial, saying that the teacher's

testimony was not intentional and that that omission wasn't intentional by prosecutors.

So today that same teacher got back on the stand and finished, but then it was completely stricken from the record
