They could, you know, theoretically, I think they break at 4.30 today so two and a half hours from when we are

recording we are recording at 204 p.m. Eastern time on Wednesday and we could have a

verdict by the time we've finished this

podcast although there's so many counts I would be surprised if that happened

I think the way to look at this and I do want to get into the closing arguments because I think they're really interesting.

And then we'll talk about a little bit about the jury instructions, but before any of that, I think it's worth thinking about, well, what are the different

scenarios here, right? And how do we read the tea leaves? One is that we get a quick verdict. That is almost certainly bad news for Trump.

That means that you've got unanimous, guilty,

probably on all counts, I would imagine, if it were quick.
