i'm anna eliopolis with your fox true crime minute jurors will continue to deliberate the fate of disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein

after a judge refused to declare a mistrial. The defense's request came after a juror asked to be

removed from the case because he felt his fellow jurors were treating another member in a, quote,

unfair and unjust way. Judge Curtis Farber telling him that there were no other alternate jurors to replace him,

and his concerns didn't warrant a dismissal. Weinstein is being retried in New York on sexual misconduct

charges after his conviction was overturned last year over improper testimony. Weinstein is now

facing two counts of criminal sex acts and one count of rape. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years

in prison on the sex acts charges and up to four years for the rape. He was also convicted

in California to 16 years, but is appealing his case there. There's more on this story at
