I am doing really, really well today.

We have a number of firsts happening right now, Jeff.

You and I, where are we right now?

We are in a recording studio. That's right. We are in a

recording studio. We are in the Universal Orlando Radio Broadcast Center. So not only are we in a

recording studio, we're in a theme park too, Jeff. Some would say we are in the recording studio.

Yeah, so Universal Orlando actually graciously offered us the opportunity to record annual pass inside their theme park because today, Jeff, we are talking about Veloccoaster.

But before we talk about Velocaster, we're talking about first.

I think we should mention that not only is the first time we've done a theme part together, it is also the first time we've done this show with a view.

Like I'm looking out on the street, there's the Beverly Wilshire right there,

Max Factor, there's good old Ralphs.

I can go to the Five and Dime, get a malted later if I want.

And usually I just see my neighbor take his trash out.
