So now that Daniel Snyder has agreed to sell the commanders to the Josh Harris group,

we're getting more details.

Should we be offended cakes about Josh Harris and his group, put together a 43 page

prospectus.

All right.

Yeah.

The title was commander's investment opportunity.

Why were we not approached?

Should we be offended?

I mean, I like good investment opportunities as much as or more than the next guy.

I would have liked to at least have been on thought of sending it up into my house.

He puts together the 43 page prospectus.

I didn't receive one.

None of the junkies received one.

But Josh Harris used that to pitch other limited partners to buy into the deal.

In recent history, according to ESPN team buyers, such as David Tepper of the Panthers and

the Walton Penner family, the Broncos were wealthy enough to purchase clubs on their own.

So they didn't have to solicit limited buyers.

But Harris was seeking partners and we've talked about some of these partners.

But in this 43 page prospectus, a couple things jump out.
