You know, every one of us has experienced trauma in some fashion. Either something happened to you that shouldn't have

happened or something didn't happen for you that actually should have happened. Whatever that is for you,

I just want you to know first and foremost. I'm so sorry for the pain that that caused. But I also want

you to know that there's hope for you, that you don't have to keep stuffing it back down

when it surfaces. You don't have to keep numbing out so you don't have to feel it. In fact, you can

overcome. And yes, it's work, but you know what? You're worth the work. Junie Felix joins me
