Right now is an important time to be motivated.

It's a lot going on.

And I know you're in a very important period of your life.

The vision's starting to clear up. You know where you want it to go.

But of course a lot of fear comes in. And I get that.

I know you know I played football. I started in seventh grade.

And I had this coach. His name was coach Rucker and uh I didn't know

how to play football at all but this coach saw that I was riding my bike home and coach

he offered to take me home and he drove a tri-met bus which is a city bus so imagine this coach

driving a city bus to practice right and he sees a TriMet bus, which is a city bus. So imagine this coach driving a city bus to practice, right?

And he sees this, this chunky seventh grade football player, didn't know what he was doing.

And he offered to give me a ride home. And he literally drove me all the way home in that bus.

And he even stopped by Burger King King got me two whoppers

and guess what he told me as I was eating those whoppers

only kid in this big ass bus

he said you got it man

he said you got it

and it's almost like I looked around like me it's like yeah you got it. And it was almost like I looked around like, me?

It's like, yeah, you got it.

Coach Rucker was the first coach that saw something in me and gave me that belief in

myself and gave me the permission to keep going.
