What's up guys? Welcome back to the pod. Happy 4th of July week. I hope everybody has done

amazing planning so that they feel comfortable whatever their plan is, whether it is staying home alone with a cozy

book and doing laundry and just chilling and vibing, whether it is partying, whether it's catching

up with family and friends.

That is honestly my goal is that you have all thought ahead

and you are secure in your plan.

And don't forget that if your plan is to do nothing,

that is more than OK.

You have no idea if people are having fun or not at these huge parties so don't compare

comparison is the thief of joy. I just really hope you guys all have good weeks. I am personally so excited for it this week because all my friends my friend group is back

together in the Hamptons under one roof I feel like a mom sometimes of my friend group

because I'm like I just want everyone under one roof again that's my goal and my dream so I'm just so happy

that we're all together again and nothing fills my heart up more I've been told by

my mom and my one of my best friends and my therapist that I need to unclench my ass whole a little bit because I've been really

stressed out and it's affecting me and I fully agree and I think I just need to have some fun.

Lucas and I are

DJing twice this week which is really cool but apart from that I'm going to try to

take it easy. We're DJing the nylon party on Thursday and then we're

DJing at Gurnies on Friday so if you got if you're in the Hampton if you guys want to come to

Gurnies you should absolutely pull up I think nylon is sold out or whatever I don't

think it was actually a ticket thing I don. I don't even know how it works. But

Gurney's you should pull up. We're gonna have an amazing beach show and I haven't
