writing in says, I'm 42 with three children, married to my college sweetheart of 17 years. We live a very fortunate experience. We have three

children and becoming a mother was one of my biggest dreams ever on the planet. I believe

parenting and motherhood would be sunshine and rainbows. I'm a constant learner who deeply

recognizes the impact of energy and beliefs. My question is, why still is life here so hard,

heart-wrenching and difficult? I know we create what we believe, but I firmly believe I connect

with lightness and goodness, and yet I still, with all the prayers and energy work, continue to

face struggles. Then I observe others who are not as aware who appear to be so happy.

I had an experience with a mommy friend who I trusted.

I'm very friendly, but only open up to those I truly feel safe with.

And she shared she felt like I was so perfect, yet the feedback regarding our daughter

was that she wasn't kind. She listed example after example. I didn't dare share what I'd heard

about her child, nor would I. I believe everything happens for a reason. This was very recent and my

heart hurt mostly for our daughter. If this is the judgment, adults pass on to label children and also for us as parents who,

when others are so quickly to judge, we're not perfect parents by any means, but oh my goodness,

we do love our children and care so incredibly deeply on such a sole commitment to raise kind humans first and

foremost. This is a beautiful note in the sense of you can tell that this person absolutely loves

being a mom, being a parent, co-parenting with the person that they love. And I think it comes with it, that it is hard.
