You don't have just a job. Some people think, oh, I just this or that. Whatever your job is, I'm just a this or that. There is no just a. What you do is significant. And we all need to work on it. So we got to do something. And it's actually a really significant part of our life. But it's also what attitude we bring to it. I know this personally. I've tried to just clock and clock out at jobs. This guy doesn't. His name is Steve. Here's how we know he doesn't just clock and

the moment it is. He's the school custodian. He's a superstar because he loves the kids. And so when they want to get somebody's autograph in their yearbooks, it's got to be him. So he's sitting in a chair and they've got an autograph line. It's so awesome. It's so awesome. It's so great. It reminds me again. It's because he knows them. That's what the article said. Now there's like national news organizations. I've seen the picture. They're like, what's up with this guy? He knows him. And he knows everybody interacts with his significant. And he knows his job isn't just a job. He's not just a janitor. He's somebody else entirely because of who God made him to be.

It's so awesome. Just the picture of the second graders in line for his autograph because he takes his job seriously towards people. The people he works with. Again, his name is Steve. He's in Bourbonnet, Illinois. So, Steve, what's going on here is the kids love you because you see it is a lot more than just a job. I love working, I love working with kids. I love being around the kids. I'll talk to the kids. You know, and sometimes with some of these kids, that's all they want is just to be talked to, you know? Totally. It's very gratifying. How are you able to make all of these kids feel special and known by you? Just every day.

and sometimes they'll have problems with things, and they'll come up to me and ask them them, you know, joking around with them, you know, and sometimes they'll have problems with things and they'll come up to me and ask me a question, you know. Hey, Mr. C., why is this, why is that, you know, and I'll just sit there and spend it to them. You know, I think sometimes with these kids just to sit down and ask how the day is going, you know, it means a lot to them, and they remember those things. I got a note here, as an aside, it wasn't in the article I read, but that you like Striper? Oh, yeah, I did. I have, I tell you, I've seen them 16 times. No way. Oh, my goodness.
