A mini scoop this morning, a top playbook, the Congressional Leadership Fund, the House Republican

Leadership Aligned Super PAC, is jumping into the special election to fill former

Congressman Pat Tibery's Northeastern Ohio seat. The group led by Corey Bliss is supporting

GOP nominee Troy Balderson, who Teaberry endorsed.

CLF is putting a quarter million dollars on cable and broadcast and is opening an office in the

district to knock on doors.

The ads focus on the opioid epidemic and tax cuts.

The Washington Post has a set-up piece for the G7 summit in Canada about President Trump

feuding with world leaders, noting that French

President Emmanuel Macron had a rare rebuke of the U.S., saying that Trump may be excluded from

signing an agreement with the six other countries. And the top talker this morning is a story

from the New York Times about a former Senate intel aide, James Wolfe, being arrested Thursday

in an investigation into classified information leaks. Wolf is charged with lying repeatedly

to investigators about his contact with three reporters. The prosecutors also seized years

worth of reporter Ali Watkins, phone, and email records.
