Hey everyone, Judicial Watch, President Tom Fitton here with our weekly update on social media, big election news this week in California.

0:14.9

And the news isn't so much who won because we don't know who won.

0:19.2

The news is that the election systems in California

0:22.9

are collapsing in terms of public confidence. It is because, as Judicial Watch has long pointed

0:29.6

out, in California, they take forever in a day to find out who won on election day. And in many ways, it's in violation of law, at least if there

0:41.8

are federal elections at issue, as Judicial Watch is now litigating before the Supreme Court. In fact,

0:47.4

thanks to a Judicial Watch lawsuit that was successful in Mississippi, at least at the appellate

0:53.7

level, the Supreme Court is going to decide whether it is lawful to count ballots that arrive late after election day.

1:45.8

it's to me a separate issue, similarly compelling in terms of being contrary to fair and free

1:54.2

elections. They don't want to count the ballots on Election Day anymore. And I tell you this,

2:00.0

and I made this point online as well,

2:03.8

if they can't tell you who won on election day, then it's fair for one to assume the election is

2:11.0

compromised. There's zero excuse not to get the votes counted and to the degree they have excuses

2:18.3

then they should change the systems to ensure the votes get counted now this is

2:23.5

inner question of they got ninety five percent of the votes and then need a few

2:27.4

more days to account no no no this is they're not even barely through them both

2:33.3

of the state and in the case of the Los Angeles
